Abenaki Water Company Acquires the Assets of the Tioga River Water Company

Abenaki Water Company (AWC), a subsidiary of New England Service Company (NESC), has acquired the operating assets of the Tioga River Water Company (TRWC). The TRWC is comprised of two operating water systems located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. AWC is committed to providing safe and reliable water service to its New Hampshire customers. We're excited to welcome our new customers in the Lakes Region.

Colonial Water Company has acquired Springdale Farms Water Supply Trust

Colonial Water Company (CWC), a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Service Company (NESC), has finalized the acquisition of the Springdale Farms Water Supply Trust (SFWST) system as of 6/28/18. The SFWST consists of 41 customers located in Dover, MA; which is the location of the Company's existing water system. The Company would like to welcome the Springdale Residents to Colonial Water Company.
Plymouth Water Company to Extend Water Mains

Plymouth Water Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Service Company, is pleased to announce an agreement has been made to extend their water mains to a newly developed 39 unit subdivision named Deer Pond Village, LLC. The developer, E.J. Pontiff Inc., has chosen to utilize PWC's infrastructure in order to provide the convenience of public water as well as fire protection. The subdivision's build out is underway and will continue through 2018.
Acquisition of the Sheffield Water Company
June 16, 2017
Mountain Water Systems (MWS), a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Service Company (NESC), acquired the Sheffield Water Company on February 14th, 2017. The system, located in Southwestern Massachusetts, represents an additional 500 customers that MWS is excited to provide water service and fire protection to. Over the course of the next several months, MWS will begin to make necessary improvements to the system in order to enhance the overall reliability of service.
Announcement of Newly Opened New Hampshire Office

New England Service Company (NESC) is proud to announce that its New Hampshire office is now open. The office, located in Gilford, will be the new home for the operations of Abenaki Water Company as well as the New Hampshire division of NESC. NESC and its subsidiaries will move all of the printing operations to this new office in order to create efficiencies at its main office in Plainville, CT. This investment signifies NESC's committment to customer satisfaction and expansion plans in New Hampshire.
